I like the overall form-factor, but I returned it because especially the two main buttons are way too loud. Whatever switches they used do not belong in a device that's meant to be used in a space with other people around.

The best mouse for everyone with arthritis/athrosis in ones hand joints. I honestly wouldnt not know what to do without it. I tried several other models (even from kensington) and vertical mouses and they all suck tbh, once you have that issue. This model has by far the best quality and ergonomics and it even looks great. Please never stop producing it, you are a savior.

I think I'm on my 4th one. I had one at my old job, bought another two for home, and another at my new job. Easy to use and keep clean. Just need to lift the ball out and wipe the dust out occasionally. Love the programmability of the buttons, though the positioning of the top-left button makes it impractical to use. Love the ability to constrain cursor movement to horizontal or vertical only. A recent driver update allows you to switch between horizontal and vertical without releasing the button. I do NOT like this. It frequently changes on me when I don't want it to. And the ability to slow the cursor speed with a button makes doing precision drafting much easier.

I have huge hands, so this mouse works perfectly for me.

I knew I wanted the BIG BALL (I had one before), but I am pleased with the capabilities I hadn't expected: Rotating the ball scrolls up and down pages; and all four corner tabs can be programmed individually, so you can put the functions where your fingers are instead of making your finger fit the mouse. That's a major plus.

Produto muito bom, principalmente para mesas com pouco espaço. Possui 4 botões customizáveis, e é bem confortável para o uso, a curva de aprendizagem é bem satisfatória

Broke one that I had for about five years. This is a better trackball mouse. I love it.

Excellent mouse, my first trackball. I've used many brands of mice, ranging from ergonomic Microsoft mice to pieces of plastic which contain sensors. This mouse requires next to no break-in. The ball is nice and heavy, so the mouse frame has a low chance of moving when I become heavy handed.Accuracy is amazing, far better than the Logitech mice (including MX master).Works out of the box on Mac and Windows. The software is great on Mac, and customisation is easy. The only thing I dislike about this mouse is how loud the clickers are, and how flimsy they feel. I'd say the mouse may last the test of time, but the left clicker may need to be doctored at some stage to keep it from becoming a nuisance.I dislike Bluetooth and wireless mice. This mouse is wired, so it's perfect. Too often my wireless mice lose connection and jitter or miss commands. Particularly annoying when you press the wrong button or cause catastrophic system failure because your mouse click wasn't recognised or was misplaced. I trust this new mouse with my career.

I have the older model Kensington Expert Mouse (also with a scroll ball) but it was starting to wear out after 6 years. That older model had a "slope" in the design which I did not find ideal for my wrist. While researching new models I decided to try the Slimblade. It is much "flatter" which I like, and I'm pretty happy with the roller ball as before, plus the "twist" option for scrolling pages easily is very nice. A big complaint however is that the left click (lower left button on this mouse) is hard to activate, because the switch hidden beneath the button is up pretty high, near the ball. Because of the design, when fingertips are over the trackball at the right position on top (I think this is true for almost anyone) your thumb falls farther down the left-click button, where due to physics and device design the switch is not as easily "clicked" when you do a basic left click. If you reach up with your thumb 3/4 to 1 inch higher, to about the "7 o'clock" position near the ball, it is MUCH easier to activate the button. It's one of those little things you do a thousand times a day that becomes aggravating over time. I had no problems with the other 3 buttons in this regard, and I do plan to keep using this device in favor of the older model. May consider disassembly to tweak that switch issue, another reviewer on a different listing had mentioned the same thing I'm writing about. There were dozens of mostly favorable reviews for this item when I bought it a couple weeks ago, that listing and those reviews have disappeared as of today so here I am the first review on this listing. I purchased direct from Amazon.
