There is a lot to like about this nifty little exercise device. It's easy to use, even for a disabled person like me, and there are a variety of ways to use it, so you're able to exercise more than just your pelvic floor and hips with it. I've been able to do some arm exercises, and it hits the inner thighs better than the thigh-master of years ago! I also really appreciate how easy it is to switch between the leg pads (which are comfortable) and arm handles. The included storage bag is a perfect fit for the device and accessories, and I like that everything is in one place, as I'm sure I would have misplaced a handlebar by now if it weren't!Now for the downside... The build quality could be a bit better. When you've completed the squeezing portion of the exercise, the device is eager to snap back to the extended position, so you'll have to work harder to use it in a controlled manner. The little rod/knob combo for adjusting the resistance is a bit messy and loose, and the ability to dial in the resistance isn't terrific. There isn't a significant difference between middle and highest resistance, and some exercises aren't challenging, even at the highest resistance. My biggest complaint is that there wasn't a booklet or even a simple insert in the packaging to provide information regarding the variety of exercises that can be done with it, etc. I had to search the web to find ideas on how to use it for my arms, different areas of my legs, etc.Despite the issues above, I am glad I ordered this, as it's giving me the ability to work parts of my body that my injuries haven't allowed in a long time. I think it's a great option for anyone interested in working their pelvic floor or those who have serious injuries that no longer allow them to workout in a more traditional manner. I'm happy to have it, though I may need to upgrade to one with greater resistance in the not-so-distant future.

The innocent looking pink device actually works. It has a surprising amount of resistance available to work up to. Not only that but you can add handles and use it to work out your arms, chest and back. There are a lot of different body parts that you can work out using this unassuming pink device. I think most any level of fitness can use this as the lowest resistance is very light. Overall, I have had fun working out using this little device while I stream a show. By the end, you have done a lot of reps and it feels good to tone and strength the whole body.

This multifunctional thigh master machine works good, easy to assemble and use.You can do multiple types of exercises with this machine. It keeps track of repetitions and when your done you can push the reset button to clear it for the next day.It also includes two ball ropes that attach to handles for use as a jump rope.I also like the included storage bag so I can easily disassemble and store the machine when I'm done using it.I would get another one and in fact I did and I would recommend this product.

I'm really enjoying this exercise gadget! It's like a Thigh Master, which is awesome for working those inner thighs and legs. Plus, you can use it for your arms too, which is a nice bonus. You just push your hands in and out, and it gives you a good little arm workout. And get this – it even comes with a ropeless jump rope! The ropeless jump rope itself is a fun way to get your cardio in, and the balls on the ends add a nice rhythm. What's also great is that you can adjust the resistance to make the exercises easier or harder, depending on your fitness level. The only thing I've noticed is that the padding on the part where you use it on your thighs could be a bit thicker. After using it for a while, it can get a little uncomfortable. But honestly, I love how versatile it is. Being able to work my legs and arms, and having that fun ropeless jump rope option, and the adjustable resistance, makes it a great little addition to my workouts!

I got this machine because it can be used for thighs and arms, and has a counter. It was easy to put together and sort of easy to use. I find it a bit uncomfortable with the bulky counter thing near my pelvis (like some of the product photos show), so I have to use it with the bulky counter pointing up from my thighs, not between my thighs. I also found that unless I "slam" the thing together, it doesn't keep an accurate count of my reps. I have to forcefully close the machine and hear the "click" for it to count, but even then, my oral counting and the device's counter did not match. The resistance is okay too. I put it on the highest setting but for my thighs, it's still too low. For arms, though, the higher resistance is good. I don't use the straps that come with it as I didn't feel the need. I'll keep using it after my daily workout and see if I notice any change, but so far, it doesn't seem to be doing anything for my thighs.
