I used all four of my Nikon lenses (two with AF and two with MF) with this adapter. Of course, all of them were in manual focus and the camera wasn't able to read information about the aperture or zoom, but it was able to see if the image was in focus.I used it with Sony A6400. The MF was set automatically after attaching it. The focus picking mode was activated automatically and showing me areas in focus. The aperture info was not available (F0.0) but the meter could see the light and adjust the shutter and ISO accordingly.

The adapter makes a good connection with my Fx30. Same with the two 80’s Nikkor primes I’m using it with; A 50mm 1.2 and a 28mm 2.

Good piece of kit that fits well to both the camera body of my NEX 5N and the Nikon DX lenses. Well machined aluminium body and feels nice to hold. Very solid. Unfortunately I had ordered the model without the adjustable aperture as I was under the impression the Nex 5n was able to manage this. Unfortunately this isn't to case for the this particular camera without a Sony lense attached. Therefore it is important to ensure you order the correct model or if in doubt just go for the one with the adjustment feature built in. Without it you can only take pictured in bright lighting situations.

Ok, bought the Nikon F to Sony E adaptor and it slipped easily onto the Sony camera e-mount.Then the Nikon F lens mount...It fit easily over the grooves but didn't seem to line up fully.I hadn't used an adapter before - so didn't want to damage the threads etc. by forcing it.I took it to my local camera store thinking I had bought the wrong adapter. But no - it was right, but just a bit tight. So the dude turned it, locked it in place and away we went. Works great. And good materials, affordable price. Don't be intimidated if the lens side needs a stronger twist.

The build quality is good. The problem is that every lens I have tried to use with it have problems. Somehow the picture quality drops significantly when using the adapter. When using the lens on the original camera, lens works fine, just not if using the adapter and lens on a different camera.

Got out of photography a while ago, but recently got a Sony A7 III to start getting back into it. I'm coming from a collection of Nikon lenses that I didn't want to collect dust until I build up my Sony lens collection. Going back and forth with a handful of adapters, I settled on the K&F with out the aperture control since all of my prime lenses had control rings on them. As soon as you take this thing out of the package, the heft alone gives you an initial impression of quality. Everything was machined great but none of that matters if the adapter doesn't do its actual job well. Luckily, the impression transitioned into actuality as all of my primes mounted SOLID, no wobble whatsoever. Mounting the adapter to the Sony body gives you more resistance that mounting a native lens, but in a comforting manner, not a bad way. All of my Nikkor lenses then mounted on the adapter wonderfully. Pictures came out great without much distortion that I can tell (I'm not a professional though) but from the pictures I've taken, I've been very pleased.As a bonus...the orange ring matches the A7 orange perfectly. I know at the end of the day aesthetics don't mean anything - but I can't get over how nice this piece is built and finished.

This adapter fits well with my A7riii my only issue is the alignment dot on the beautiful copper tone ring should be in white for higher visibility and not in red.If not for this, I would have given it a score of 5 stars.

I’ve been trying out a couple different adapters (Nikon F to Sony E) for my Sony A7iii. So far the other one I’ve tried is the Fotasy one, which has also worked out fine for me. I feel that this K & F one is a little bit better build wise; fits tight, without being overly so, and the overall finish and design feels more refined. Perfect fit onto the camera body, and the lens fits perfectly onto the adaptor. Seems like a decent value, although I’d have to say that the Fotasy one, being less than half the price of the K & F, works just as well.
