I make stuffed baked potatoes, and the stand cooked the inside perfectly and the outside shell was firm enough to scoop out the potato and to re-use it after mixing up all my ingredients and stuffing it back into the shell. The dish was a great success!

Great way to bake 2 or 4 small potatoes. Don't have data to show it's faster, but it seems like it should be. Seems like the center cooks more evenly, and it's an easy way to get multiples out of the oven at once. It's not really sturdy enough to accommodate very large potatoes or an odd number without flopping over. Clean it quickly after removing the potato or bits will stick and be hard to remove.

On the second use, the center stem snapped off while lifting out of the oven with two potatoes on it. Not a well made product. Save your money.

Did a good job baking the potato, the skin was much softer, but the four spike unit is not very sturdy, it took damage when placing a sweet potato on the spike . I would not buy this product again.

The two parts came apart immediately we tried to set it up. Managed to insert into potatoes but not exactly a sturdy piece of kitchen equipment

Love this potato baker. Can be used in oven or bbq. Potatoes cook quickly and it folds for easy compact storage. Well worth the price.

I got tired of my baked potatoes being hard on one side when I laid them on the oven rack for baking. No matter what I did the skins always came out hard. I had a baking potato stand when I first got married and loved the way it baked the potatoes. I love the way it evenly bakes my potatoes. Since we love eating the skins with a little salt and sour cream, they were perfect! no more hard skins! This product is great. I highly recommend it.
