Excellent for spring surf conditions. High quality material and strong zipper. Front zip allows for easy on-off over a bathing suit and can be opened in warmer temps. Sleeve length is perfect. The bottom of the wetsuit also has a nice cut that doesn't ride up. Very happy with this purchase.

I’m 5’7”, 165lbs, and the 12 fits. However, the bottoms end halfway up my butt. The fit would be great if I were 3-4 inches shorter.FYI — taking this thing off is a 2-person job. Took me literally 8 minutes to contort my body enough to get this off. I thought I was going to have to live out the rest of my days in a wetsuit!

Perfect fit. Love this wet suit. Will let you know how it works in the Bahamas next week.

This wetsuit is great. Yes, it definitely has a strong scent when you remove it from the packaging, but that is what you should expect from neoprene material. It fits great and rather true to size, which was my biggest concern. It does have a wider hip so with a fuller figure, I find this more comfortable than other brands with less coverage. It looks great and it functions as you would expect. I like to throw swim shorts over them for comfort and if the water tends to be a bit colder, I will wear longer bottoms over it.

I am 5'7, 200 lbs with a 44" chest and hips.I barely got the suit over my shoulders and needed help getting it off. Once on, the sleeves seemed to come in too close under my armpits and rubbed, the chest was very tight and the butt line was well above comfortable coverage. I am solidly seal shaped and the front had insufficient room, pulling my shoulders forward, but that might have loosed once wet. On the good side, I really liked the cut of the front and the neck line.I do a lot of kayaking and swimming and was on a swim team in my youth, so finding suits with good movement and that can add warmth is a serious goal. I'll have my kids try this on, but I think I'm sending it back.

This is a nice suit, really, it's well made and looks like actual quality. The fit honestly looked like it would be too small for me, but lo, it's actually a bit too big in the torso. Apparently I'm just too short, so there's quite a bit of bagginess in my stomach/back area (both a loose section in front and a loose section in back) sizing down would have meant being unable to put it on over my shoulder though.. this was already a bit tight to get on, I could benefit from a good inch more zipper length to make getting it over the shoulders easier.. I guess my shoulders are a little wide for how petite my torso is lol it also doesn't cover much of my butt .. I struggle finding a good fit, but this is the best fit I've found so far (hard to find a good match for my anatomy), so I'm definitely going to keep it!

If you're tall and thin, the size 14 is great. Though if you have runner's rear - i.e. not much padding on the ol' posterior, then they may be a little baggy in the butt. If you have a normal rear, I think they are just great! The fact that the arms are long means that for size 14 someone that's 5-10 (or taller) is going to find them very comfortable. You can put your arms in them with the armholes with no tension on the neoprene in the arms, which is really key if you're doing anything active. The thumb holes are comfortable since they're round, and unlike many others they don't get to hurting after a while. The zipper is great. It stays zipped! There's not a lot of room in the bust - so if you're on the bustier side you'll get a good snug fit for sure. But if you're small in the bust this shorty is really comfortable, too. The neoprene is pretty stretchy, given that it's thin, and it can accommodate a variety of builds. If you are short and wide, the torso is probably going to be too long and thin and the arms are going to be waaaay too long. I think they're too long for most people, but I don't find that to be a problem. They'll just bunch up at the wrists a bit (or you can fold them back).Note that 2mm is pretty thin - so it's good for paddling or active activities, and snorkeling in coolish water. But probably not the best choice for cold water. And it's all black, which means in the sun it'll turn into an oven. A teal or faded aqua would be really nice!I did some research, and learned that I can take up a little in the rear with some sewing, and some seam tape and/or a AquaSeal FD repair kit. If I were shorter, I'd sacrifice the thumb holes and shorten the arms. (Or make some new thumb holes, which would require just a little hand work with a needle while watching TV.)
