Product Description

KnuKonceptz 0 Gauge 3 Way Fuse Block with Fuses

KnuKonceptz 3 Way Fuse Distribution Block 0 Gauge to 4 Gauge

Product Description

The BK-2030 inputs accepts two 0 - 4 gauge and output two 0 - 4 gauge and one 4 - 8 gauge power wire without the use of adapters. Oversized allen screws can secure either gauge without any modification or additional parts to complicate the design. Bassik - simple, clean, easy. This is the foundation of what KnuKonceptz calls Bassik. Easy to install, simple to connect and cost effective. This block is shown in satin nickel finish with polished nickel plated allen screws and smoke black base. The BK-2030 includes three fuses to configure this block for power applications.

Please Select Fuses From the Drop Down Menu; Please note the 0 Gauge outputs are fuses in Parallel. If ordering 300A fuses you will receive 150A x2 per 0 Gauge output and a single 150A fuse for the center 4 gauge output.

Dual input High Current 0 gauge fuse distribution block

Flexibility - Dual Cable Inputs

The BK-2030 Fuse Block has dual cable inputs, only one is required to power all three outputs. With the second cable port you can:

  • Daisy chain additional blocks for additional outputs in larger systems
  • Connect to a rear mounted battery, linking it to the rest of your system
  • Add a capacitor into the system
  • Using both inputs from a battery source will reduce voltage loss
  • IF Installing a combined fuse rating over 350A (total sum of fuses installed), connecting both inputs to a battery source is advised.

High Current Capacity - Fuses in Parallel

  • Using multiple smaller fuses in parallel reduces voltage loss across the connection
  • This is from the increased surface area of a multiple fuses versus a single fuse
  • Less voltage loss means more power to your system
  • Achieve higher amperage capacity in a compact space. Multiple smaller fuses can achieve higher loads than a single fuse due to thermal capacity
  • When ordering, you will receive two fuses per 0 gauge circuit and a single fuse for the 4 gauge output. The 0 Gauge Fuse will total the fuse rating you selected. Ex: ordering 300A fuse, you will receive 150x2 per 0 Gauge output (300A total)
KnuKonceptz Fuse Block with oversized hardware

No Adapters Needed - Oversized Hardware

  • Internal gauge adapters add unnecessary contact points
  • Extra contact points can increase resistance, lowering your voltage.
  • By using larger diameter set screws, our block can hold a large or small gauge wire without the need for an adapter

Bought 2, 1 300 amp model and the other 240 amp. They are easy to work with and make setting up your negative and positive wiring very easy! Only downside is that some of the fuse placement make it difficult to have them replaced easily.

I was looking for a fuse block that was smaller than an ANL fuse block which if you start doing multiple wire runs those blocks get large and this block has allowed me to do multiple runs and save space in my install I also ordered the 8 gauge OFC karma kable and I'm super impressed with it knuconcepts has great products I have several items in my install I hope they keep coming up with new sleek and stylish yet well made tough products

Did it's job but I modified it. I used a piece of metal and nuts for spacers on the back for protection with heat sink. I'm not confident the plastic cover will stay on but it made my high output alternator and wire upgrade easier. First thing tomorrow after work I'm going to pick up a 300 amp fuse though. I don't feel safe stacking 2 150 amp fuses. All in all it did it's job. I might update once I run my amps and second battery. If it means anything to you, as of now I will be purchasing a second one for my second battery but plan on adding a metal plate with heat sink.

Picked up 2 of these for power/ground. They are beefy. Currently running the 1 to 2 blocks and picked up another amp so 2 to 3 had to happen. Keeps wire clutter down and a cleaner look than spaghetti running everywhere

I have not installed these, yet, but I had had them out of the package and looked them over. Good quality constructions. I like that they have multiple spots for the power to attach. Makes mounting and wiring easier.I ordered the 150amp version but based on the construction, I think they are all built for the 300 amp load, and they just include the fuses based on the amperage you order. Good solid blocks, and screw clamps.
