I used this to replace the regulator for my Blackstone 36" grill. The regulator that came with the Blackstone would fully light up the first couple burners, the third burner was a little low, and the forth burner was always very low, and the top was not near as hot as I needed it, especially in lower temps, or higher wind conditions. This thing is adjustable, and be careful, as you can REALLY make the flames large, probably much bigger than would be safe for the Blackstone. But overall very happy!

I bought this to replace an old stock BBQ regulator that was failing. This thing is awesome. You can easily adjust the pressure from normal levels way up to unsafe/fireball status. This would be a perfect upgrade for any BBQ or fire pit that, like most, has a pathetically small flame even on max. Get it.

My hose arrived promptly, unfortunately the bar gauge needle had fallen off and was not functioning as intended. Reached out to customer service. Received prompt response. Product has been replaced, the new hose is perfect. Very impressed with the service I have received.

I use this item to set the floor or ceiling flame levels with more accuracy than what using the valve on the LPG bottle allows, so for that it works great. I thought the scale (if that's the right word, maybe the "PSI range" is better) was going to be a closer match to what my grill pulls, but it's not. This one's gauge goes up to 30 PSI, and I think what I was looking for would be something from like 0 - 5. I'm not sure that even exists. Maybe. Either way, I can now lower or raise the level of flame to whatever my cooking needs call for: wide open for flash grilling smash burgers, or low and slow for rendering bacon. In effect, this makes the native adjustments of the griddle knobs the finest they can be.

Needed a new propane line with regulator for my dryer (the cheap plastic fittings on these Chinese propane lines wear out after a few years) and decided to try this adjustable regulator model to see it I could reduce the flame-heat on the burner for different fabrics. The piece of crap never worked. I hooked it up and the regulator never released enough gas to ignite the burner. Very little tension on the adjustment knob. My drier made a weird squealing sound too. I removed the line and no noise. Hope I didn't wreck my appliance. Avoid.

This worked as expected. The original regulator did not have an adjustment option so I didn't know where to set pressure. It took a few adjustment to get it right and had to set it at 20 lbs, when I expected it to be around 10. Maybe because the grill is 50 feet from the bottle. Glad I got an adjustable regulator.

This Propane regulator works fine to keep a good flame in my BBQ through all kinds of temperature changes. No more loss of flame at -30 or +30, I can adjust the regulator to adapt. The only drawback is the gauge never worked at all, even right from brand new. But I just adjust by looking & listening to the burners & it has been working for over a year now without any other issues. It is just fine for what I need.

Brand new Blackstone wasn’t getting hot enough to cook a lot of the stuff that I have seen people cook on it. Reset the orig regulator and swapped one from my other BBQ but still not hot enough. After reading the reviews about this here and how many of them were from Blackstone users, I made the swap to this variable model regulator. Problem solved immediately as I control the flow of propane. Be careful as you can damage your grill/ bbq by feeding it too much juice and turning it into a flame thrower.
