These downspout drainage adapters add a nice finished look to your homes drainage system and keep rocks dirt and other debree from entering your underground drain pipes. They allow the drain pipe to be cut off evenly with the ground for a more professional and clean installation. Made of a much thicker plastic than a lot of other types and the unique design allows them to be used with any three inch drain pipe. The most common drain pipe sizes used in residential housing are 3 inch or 4 inch, and most downspouts are 2x3 and some are 3x4.

Diameter of the pipe portion is 3.75" and not 4" as advertised. I will try to use it as is and if successful, will bump up one star. Otherwise it goes back and review goes to one star.
