If I could leave zero stars I would. This ladder does not even hold 100 pounds safely without steps slipping. This would seriously harm my children using the pool. DO NOT BUY THIS. It says 300 pound capacity but this not it… the stairs do not work at all.

After putting it together, I can’t take it apart to ship it back the steps do not stay in place. They slide all the way down to the bottom it’s dangerous. My child got hurt. It’s not good. Do not buy. This should have a recall on it. they should take it back, put together because it isn’t possible to take it back apart

This ladder was the perfect height at a decent current value. The materials are ok quality. Upon inspection: all parts were there, some scratches found (not sure if it was a used product or factory inspection...), some rust formation, plastic steps seemed a bit flexible (worried a bit for safety concerns), assembly instructions included, and decent packaging. Assembly was very easy. But... with great disappointment, the steps slip downward. This is advertised as load capacity of "300lbs". I am 150 lbs, my child is 45lbs, my husband 180lbs. We put this together about 3 times and carefully tested several times each time, hoping we can resolve any issues, thinking perhaps it was buyers error, but it's just not made very well. The step stabilizers that fit into the grooves just slip out of place with such ease. Very dangerous. I cannot even imagine this around our pool... I cannot recommend this ladder. I really wanted to like it. The design concept is great on paper, but execution of final product lacks great stability even for the lightest weight of my daughter (45lbs). Easy assembly and easily disassembled. Must return.What I do like is that the steps have good texture to aid in safety while climbing with slippery feet. I also really like the ease of assembly and how everything is marked. Wish the steps didn't slip.

Not very sturdy. Very rickety. We are having to put self tapper screws I'm each connection amd step to hold everything.The directions were not easy to understand (all pics) but we got the jist.Fits my 14ftx33in pool well enough though.
