Sent one that was cross threaded. If you don't know about these tools then let me tell you something, IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO DO THAT AND NOT NOTICE IT AND THEN SEND IT OUT AS "NEW" TO A CUSTOMER...

It took me 2 days and 3 regular C clamps and I still couldn't install the torsion bars. I received the torsion bar clamp and it only took 10 minutes each side to instill the bars.
