I've put on two sets now. One on a bike with Tall Boys brackets and the other on stock brackets. They move the floorboards as advertised. I do think they short you a little on chrome washers for shimming. Both sets used the 7-8 of the 8 they send on one side. I used several additional washers on both installs. Install requires patience but end results are worth it.

Easy to install, great finish on the chrome too. Installed on 2008 Electra Glide Classic, took about an hour .They really did improve comfort as I can now set most of my boot on the floorboard, they do move the board outward and forward as claimed. I'm 6'0" 32" leg length.

First I bought a brand at half the price. They were made of aluminum that felt like they weighed about the same as 2 empty beer cans. I thought they were prone to breaking easily. Also fitment was sloppy and they didn't come with any hardware. RETURNED!!! The Kuryakyns' are made of steel. A good solid feel and a nice fit. Comes with necessary hardware so you don't have to make a trip to your local hardware store. They should however also supply you with a few wave washers to eliminate the little bit of rattling. Save yourself the hassle and avoid the cheap ones made of aluminum. These aren't parts you want breaking while going down the road.

Quality is OK, not great. Fit easily and took about 40 minutes to install both sides with basic hand tools. Like the repositioning but would like to see a set to move it forward and down a bit as well as out. Maybe 2" forward 1" out and 1"down. That would be perfect for my 6'5" height. These actually bring the boards up about 1/4" which nearly negates the extra leg room the forward and out repositioning provides.

Great idea! This item is different than other relocation devices I have used before. Actually easier to install and everything it perfectly on my 2016 Heritage Classic. One inch does make a difference. Much more comfortable foot placement especially on the right side. More room around the air cleaner and moves your foot an inch farther away from the exhaust. I checked the temp. after a long ride and it is at least 20 degrees lower on the floorboard now. Poor design by HD but an easy fix. I didn't notice any difference in cornering ability and I do like the twisty, winding roads. I do recommend this for comfort and style.

A bit pricier than I would have expected and I had to drill out one of the holes that had a defect in order for the pin to fit properly. Otherwise, the brackets are sturdy and well designed. The new location of the footboards is perfect and still clears the highway bars properly. Works great for an oversized air filter that pushes your leg out.

I like the new position of the floorboard, but it looks a bit of a kludge. Has a small allen to lock the inboard end, which isn't an elegant solution. There are better products, but they cost more. These are too expensive for what they are.

One of the first things I noticed on my 2015 Harley Road Glide Special was that the factory board placement was too close for me. I'm not a big guy in any stretch of the imagination (5' 11" with a 32 inch inseam) but I felt cramped at times riding with the factory setup. These relocator brackets did the trick for me and now my feet are in a very comfortable position. One thing I did on installation was to add in a thin aluminum spacer on the frame mounts to tighten things up. I don't think it was necessary for safety but I don't like to have much play in fitment (especially at 85 mph). Relatively easy install (20 min with the spacers) and you're riding in style.
