Purchased this set for 2011 Mazda 6 rear shock replacement.Easy install, but not great for my car. Unlike front struts (same Kyb brand) installed previously, which work great so far, these shocks are not the same. Ride is stiff and bumpy!I heard these are typically 15% stiffer in comparasion with OEM, but in my opinion, I think it is more like 30%.Kept for now, but looking for alternatives in order to bring ride comfort back.

Smooth and firm ride, JUST like when it was new. Very high quality strut, exceptional value for the price. Now remember, when you install these the ride will be smooth but seem much more firm. That’s normal because you just replaced a garbage set of struts haha! Oh and that reminds me, for safety and an equal ride make sure to replace BOTH sides even if you think only one side needs it. You won’t be disappointed in these. Not sure how such a high quality strut is so inexpensive, but bravo to these guys for making it happen!

excellent shock absorber! installed on a 2012 mazda 6 - car drives new. Had Monroe OEspectrum installed only for a couple hundred miles, had to replace them with KYB. KYB is far superior.
