Ordered a pair of these and they arrived in two days! Price is great (about half what a dealer would charge) and they changed the ride on my car so that there is no body-roll and very little nose-dive under braking. Feels like a new car, only better. (NO car payments!)

I purchased these shocks for my 1997 Lincoln Town Car. Due to lack of options these ones were the only shocks available for my vehicle unless I wanted to spend around $400 for 2 front shocks, so I took a chance on these. These shocks bolted right in, no problems, took maybe a half hour to do. Performance is excellent, they feel as good as stock if not better. The Town Car is fairly heavy so it’ll be interesting to see how long they last but I’m very happy with the purchase so far, KYB always makes a good product.

Bought these in 2015. I've had them on for 3yrs now and 130,000 miles. Nice at first but they don't seem to have any longevity. I put them on a heavy 1996 Lincoln Towncar and maybe I'm expecting too much for too long out of these. Since the upgrade options are very limited, I'm buying these again for the front to see if there's a difference.

This is a very good replacement shock. It brings import car handling to my enormous land yacht that has been more of a floater up until I replaced the shocks. It's not overly sporty, so you'll still have some of that big car comfort when used on the Crown Vic / Mercury Marquis models.

I put all four of these on our like-new Lincoln Town Car, and what a difference! The original shocks were pretty well shot, and now the car feel planted to the road like it never did before. Better than new. The ride is almost imperceptibly firmer, but the overall handling improvement is real and exciting. The car feels, and no doubt is, much safer now. I like the fact that these shocks are made in Japan.Not much more to say about a set of shocks, except that I have no complaints. The price is very reasonable for this high-quality product.

These were impossible to install at home (not the fault of the shock.) The Crown vic has no room to turn a wrench on the passenger side. Took them to a shop that had to cut old shocks out.But very pleased with the ride of KYBs. Can't compare them to old shocks because they had 50,000 on them and had been on the car for 15 years.

Just received a set of these from Amazon. Packaged well, however I did have a bit of a fright. One was white with correct part number stamped in shock body as expected. Second was silver like the G2's with a completely different part number stamped into body. So I of course called KYB directly to investigate before returning the the odd unit. The customer service line at KYB was answered surprisingly quickly btw. Turns out KYB are in a transition phase, the gas-a-justs are going to be silver now and the G2's will be black instead of silver. That aside these shocks work very well on the Town Car even though Amazons fitment doohickey says they do not fit. You can find the part numbers on any of your FLAPS stores sites. Noticeable improvement in handling and still provide for a very comfortable ride teamed with a set of Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP 2's. I have used KYB for years on other vehicles and once again they never fail to impress even at a value price.
