Replaced my old original Toyota steering rack that was leaking from the seals. The problem I am having and this started from the beginning is the rack turns to the left if let go of the steering wheel. This means I have to drive with a slight right pressure to keep it from making a left turn.I am outside my return window and didn't pay for the extended warranty. Since still have my OEM rack, I am going to rebuild it replacing the seals. Not easy but lesson learned.

First one came defective; called Amazon and they sent another, said to get rid of the unusable one. Couldn’t use the car in the meantime since the original part was discarded to install the first one sent. New one arrived and was installed without issue, but then Amazon ended up charging for both. The time and energy spent trying to sort all of this out with Amazon, the extended period of time we had to go without a car because of the broken part, and the cost of not one but two installations from the shop were not worth what money was saved getting it from an auto parts store.

Just installed and only have 60miles on it. Overall good PS rack that works for my 2000 Tundra 4WD V8 with sway bar. Rack steering spline has no master spline groove but not sure the OEM had one. That made install hard. Rack did not come with new new line o-rings. Also the built in the lines were not tight, which made things messy. Make sure to tighten them. Overall worth the price.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This JUNK came defective. It was not working out of the box, I thought my pump might be bad to even replaced that. Then I took it to my mechanic and he sent it to get rebuilt and they said it is not even in condition to be rebuilt. I tried to message them for warranty and replace and all they did was play email tag and tell me to message on Amazon, they don’t even have a seller chat set up. Waste of money time and even destroyed my front 2 tires
