7.0 MM F2.0 wide angle lens is perfect for all shooting of wide angle shots. Even though it is a manual lens it works perfectly on camera setting to Automatic if you need a quick shot and don't feel like making adjustments. I 've used it on P Mode on my Olympus MD-10 for the shots included. It is a very fast lens, It is very solid and made of metal. Small but mighty. I love it'...

If you're looking for a clean wide-angle lens with very low distortion this is the lens for you it's only compatible with Michael four thirds cameras but I can tell you the optics on this lens are super rich giving you a very clean and crisp image and I have to tell you I have a sigma 18 to 35 mm lens which is the sharpest lens I've ever owned and this lens is just as sharp and just as clean which says a lot about the build quality and optical quality I highly recommend this lens if you're looking for a wide angle that's going to be stunning the price is a little high for this little lens but in the big picture it's totally worth it

I was looking for a ultra wide angle lens that does not distort too much and I found this gem which is easy to use and it is very light and compact. I am sure that will give me fantastic results as I could see in my first pictures under low light condition. It is also reasonably priced compared to the alternatives from Olympus and Panasonic. I will be using it a lot on my GX7 and G9, especially in trips and indoor photography.

So, this little number is an absolute gem. I have accidentally dropped it twice, once from about 3 feet up onto a tile floor, and once off of the swamp cooler on my roof, onto the roof, and onto the grass two stories below (the hood was on both times). Nothing is damaged other than a little scuff on the hood from the roof. I don't go trying to drop my lenses, and this is the only lens I've ever dropped. Could be that it's so small? maybe that is working against it...The image quality is great, it is a manual focus lens, so you will have to remember, or write down what your lens settings were, if you like to document those things. There is a little vignetting wide open, so stop down to f/4 or 5.6 to get rid of that, but I tend to add a bit of it in post anyway, so it doesn't bother me. It's sharp when you hit focus, but trying to focus on moving subjects is tricky. It has a very close minimum focus distance and the near range of focus takes up a lot of the focus ring's real estate.Speaking of real estate, you could definitely use this lens for that purpose. The reason is this is NOT a fisheye lens, those warp all lines to be sort of round, and not straight. This lens keeps straight lines intact, so very little post processing is needed. It's a great little lens that is always in my bag.

This lens is well built, Really lovely tactile focus ring. Aperture is a bit fidly but i'm putting this on an Olympus OMD M1 MK2 .I've shot with this lens everywhere i go. So pelased with it. It's good price i wish it was cheaper but it's so nice and sharp and no distortion in the corners i'm really happy with the purchase and my photography since.

Really surprised and very happy with this lens. It's super wide on the micro four thirds system, the widest available, and although it is completely manual focus it is pretty simple to get everything in focus because of how wide it is. Super sharp throughout the entire frame even at the widest aperture. Very small but built like a tank. Not impressed with the lens hood but that is a minor complaint. I think I will be using this lens often on my Panasonic G9.

I LOVE this lens! I bought it specifically for real estate. Just step in any door way and take a photo and it gets the entire room! It captures pretty close to what you see if you just looked into a room with no camera. The area it captures is immense. I wish I had a lens like this years ago. Being an f/2 lens also allows me to get very low light shots indoors. So no flash needed. I no longer have to back out of the door as far as I can go and try to not frame the doorway, and still only get half the room, after trying to struggle with the shot for some time. This gets everything. It feels so effortless too, just pop in, take a shot, move on. If you're taking shots in close quarters this lens is an absolute must. It's very lightweight and small too. I bought the normal one, it's plenty lightweight. I guess the super lightweight version is for drones and such. If you don't have a drone you really should just buy the normal one. You'll get some vignetting at times but usually it's not really noticeable unless you're looking for it. Some shots will be more noticeable than others. You'll get some mild distortion at the edges. But in no way, shape, or form is any of this a deal breaker. If you want all the tools you need and a complete set for any circumstances, do yourself a favor and get this lens.

The first thing about the lens that strikes you is how lightweight it is. You can fly this thing on a gimbal with ease for a long time without tiring your arm out. It's ideal for anyone shooting video on a GH4, it does roughly provide the same field of view as a regular 12mm lens. As m43 lenses have greater depth of field because of sensor size, you can easily set it to focus a few feet in front of you and you'll have your subject in focus no matter how they sway in and out of view. It's a manual focus lens only with manual focus and manual aperture, the scales are fairly accurate with depth of field markers on the top to help you with zone focusing. The focusing ring is a little stiff for my liking but is smooth and the aperture ring has hard stops.A permanent addition to my kit.
