My hip muscles have lost a lot and it hurts to sit on hard surfaces. It's for a long flight. It's very comfortable and it makes a big difference to me. A lifeline.

I originally bought it after reading about it on the blog of someone who suffers from chronic pain like me. I use it in my wheelchair (fits perfectly!) It helped me stay in my wheelchair for about twice as long as I normally would. I liked it so much that I bought another one to put on my recliner, where I basically live. I don't know how it works or the science behind it, but it will never lose its shape and comfort. The lid can be pulled open, so you can wash it when you need it, and it's easy to take you anywhere. This is a game changer for anyone with lower back pain or sciatica. I bought one for my elderly father and he loved it too.
