I purchased this item that claimed to be a “Lighted” doorbell button. Returned due to it NOT being lighted. Bought second identical item and it too does not light up. Will be returning it as well. The quality of items purchased on Amazon have diminished significantly and it seems no one cares. What savings one might think they get through Amazon is not worth the hassle of returning. Plus, when you try to get some resolve you get “Non-English” speaking Customer Service. So so dissatisfied and disappointed. No recommendations here for this product nor Amazon.Jim……Golden, Texas

Our doorbell cam gave up like they all eventually do and we decided the hassle of replacing wasn't really worth it. So we needed a good old fashioned button and that's all this is. Installation is simply, it's sort of attractive and it does the job. It's even lit at night.

considering my prior doorbell had a 1' hole cutout, this one fit perfectly without any issue. I had read the reviews about the button pushing out when installing and see how this could happen trying to insert in a smaller hole. Works for me and looks nice. The led light is good (not too bright) for my front porch
