OK, so the first one of these I ordered got busted in shipping, which was disappointing, but the manufacturer quickly got a replacement out. The nice part for me was, the one that was cracked still worked, so when the new one came in, I took a 2x6x4 chunk of wood, threw the cracked one on top of it, then put the nice unbroken one in front. Now I have four tiers, and they all respond to the same remote! People comment all the time on how cool my home-built bar looks (I repurposed an old entertainment center that didn't fit in the space we had for the TV in the new house) with my jazzy lighted bar!Definitely worth it, even if I'd had to buy the second tier, especially now that I have 30 or so bottles of booze up there.
