about the 5th time I used this it shot sparks from the bottom of the unit and tripped the breaker, i reset the breaker and it shot sparks again when turned on and tripped the breaker again. It now will heat up but the thermostat does NOT work properly with temps dropping down to about 150 and getting over 220 (that is as high as that thermometer went. Rather disappointed there is no contact information to see about a replacement other than the 30 day window from amazon. Will not buy another product from this company.

Out of the box this feels like a high quality, well made product. So easy to use!! This is a great size for someone to make their own candles, you wouldn’t be able to make huge batches of candles. It was perfect for what we needed. It heated the wax quickly and evenly. The spout is nice, it is also heated so it doesn’t clog. There was not any dripping from the spout when it was turned off. Is was very easy to clean when we were done. The instructions were included and were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this wax melter to anyone looking to make candles. Very reasonable price for a high quality product.

I like this little thing.I’m just starting and it’s been about maybe a month. I’ve used it everyday and make twice a day. All good. Candle making is a messy job, but I’m a fan.

CHANGED REVIEW: I originally received a used machine, it was an honest mistake from the shipping department. I am so glad I waited for an exchange for a new one and I am so glad I did. CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT at answering all of my questions and sending a new machine. Honestly, this warmer actually works better than expected. It warms quickly and evenly and clean the machine after only takes a minute as all the wax pours out of the spout leaving none in the bottom of the pot. This machine is a great value at a great price. Thank you, Leerie.

Depth enough for a few candles depending the ounces. Does heat up well and dispenses good. I like to make my own which works fine for me since I can do a decent batch. But it does get hot so highly recommend gloves. Seems good for diys, and beginners.

I was mildly fine with a used unit, but it just didn't even work. Lights came on and it wouldn't get hot or change from Standby to Heating. Had to return, going with a different brand.

I run 10 of these i own a balm and oil company and they melter beeswax, shes, Kokum butter. They are easy to use, once you figure out the correct settings just take your time. I actually cam here to buy 2 more on black Friday to start our lip balm line.

Even after hours, the wax is not melting, no improvement showing. I even tried the highest temperature and after 5 minutes, it stops heating and start insulation. There’s no way to use it and I lost a lot of wax trying to make this work. Just to see if there was a bit of melted wax, I tried to open the faucet and nothing. Do not recommend, big waste of money
