There are plenty of spare rooms to rent, but we don’t recommend knocking for your neighbours. It’s best to ignore the imposing grim reaper figure on the roof if you want to get a good night’s sleep! I originally bought this from Michaels and it broke after 1 year. I own about 20 Spooky Town buildings and this particular model is the only one that has stopped working. Since Michaels didn't carry it anymore I bought another from Amazon. It lasted 2 days and then broke. Thankfully I could return it since it happened so quickly but I don't think this particular piece was well designed. I also know that the one I received from this seller had already been returned once. It was apparent by the building and plug were packaged. It was definitely not unopened before I got received it.

El producto llegó con un problema en su movimiento ya que unas de sus piezas estaba fuera de su lugar e impedía que el movimiento no fuera el correcto. Sería bueno que este tipo de objetos tuviera un manejo más delicado, ya que se vé que puede ser dañado por el manejo que se tiene desde la paquetería.

I have purchased this twice too many. It freezes up. Not worth the money and of course it is now past the return date. Good luck if you decide to purchase.

This seems like a cool product but the packaging and delivery was a failure. Not only did it arrive a few days late but then was randomly dropped off at my door (not in proper packaging, just the original box) with a few pieces broken off the building. It's a fragile item, so it need to be placed in another box with cushioned materials and a fragile sticker, not just my address label slapped on the original box. I'm returning it.

This would be my favorite Lemax piece if it would've worked correctly. I gave it two tries and both times, the people walking up the stairs didn't work and then the motor burned out.
