They worked exactly as we expected and they were a great first spatula set for our first flat top grill!

Well-made, sharp edged, good size. Would like it better if a tad wider.

I like the heft of these and they clean up a little easier than my previous set. Dishwasher safe (I put on the top rack) wide enough to make turning even the flakiest fish a breeze.

When I opened the box of these two kitchen spatulas, my wife remarked that they looked not yet ready to leave the factory - awkward square edge handles felt uncomfortable, metal edges rough but sharp enough to cut a careless cook, deadly sharp corners on the front edges. But I saw professional grade materials and design: the same steel and plastic construction you find in most any commercial kitchen, tightly fitted handles, sturdy blades for lifting and scraping rather than the slender flexible stainless turning spatula with shrinking wooden handle cheeks which my wife has been using for fifty years.Twenty minutes with a small electric sander and a fine flat file re-profiled both these into tools (see my picture) exactly as I needed. The solid spatula has just shoveled finely chopped carrots, onions, celery, and garlic into fresh chicken soup I’m making. The flat wide blade with a straight front edge is perfect for quickly loading each ingredient from cutting board to pot without chasing loose carrot slices around the house. When I ordered this pair I couldn’t figure a use for the second spatula with holes. Fresh fruit lunch made that clear. First I sectioned several navel oranges - they peel so easily - and cut each section into bite sized pieces. Leaving the orange juice on the cutting board, I then peeled a couple of ripe Manila mangoes, stripped off their sensuous fragment flesh, and sliced it into bites. Now the cutting board was covered with orange and mango bites slithering in their own juices. Aha! That’s what the spatula with holes is for. Since the slippery juice drains as I lift, it takes seconds to get the fruit off the board and into the waiting bowl. Then a banana sliced on the same board soaked up a lot of that flavorful juice - and i was done.So this pair of simple commercial spatulas are a bit clunky, a bit unfinished you might say. But they are great value, easy to improve, and very useful.

Sometimes you need something metal and tough. I like these for my cast iron skillets. They're beveled, stiff but minimally bendy and the handle is sturdy. You can see the metal go all the way through the handle. The price was right and I am thinking about getting another set for the Travel Trailer.

Likes: very sturdy, stainless steel, just wide enough to get under one frying egg, easy to wash and sanitize handles (artificial material, not wood).Dislikes: I wish that I thought about it before I purchased; the straight edge makes it impossible to get into the contour of a round pan.I repurposed the 2 "S" hooks to hold my two oven mitts on the oven door handle.I really only needed just 1spatula, but you get 2 (one is perforated, the other is solid).

Bought these spatulas for using on my cast iron griddles, especially my double burner griddle that stays on the stove. Part of cast iron care is keeping the griddle clean without ruining the seasoning or gouging the griddle. I love the sturdy construction including the full handle tang. The lead edge and side bevels are great for cooking eggs (sunny side or over easy), hash browns, hash or sauteing onions and mushrooms for your favorite meats. The only parts of these spatulas that I did not like were the corners where the bevel edges met. These were sharp points that could gauge the seasoning and or pan. I just rounded these a bit on my grinder and these spatulas are now my favorite utensils for my cast iron cooking
