Got tired of replacing the bulky and awkward Butler Creek slide-on covers that typically lasted about one hunting season. These custom fit Alumina covers are superior in every respect to the slip on's I've been using, and they look sweet on my 52mm VX 5HD. They have a low profile, fit tightly, form a good seal against dirt and moisture, flip open easily and lay all the way back.

These caps are the best! None of this slip and slide crap like the slip on ones. They are a little pricey but well worth it. They fit like a dream and keep your glass clean!!

Pricey but worth it. This cover flips up and can be folded down onto the optic. Magnetic look close and the fit and finish is superb.

Once installed this cover works and looks great. I did have some difficulty installing it, but the folks at Leupold promptly gave me the advice I needed. It would have been easy if there had been some instructions printed on the packaging.
