Your cart is empty.The Captain Jerk Palythoas have a unique green, teal and yellow coloration with long flowing skirts. Large heads 0.5"-1" Frags of this coral is available in multiple sizes at our website. Zoanthids and Palythoa are a large group of corals in the reef keeping hobby. They come in an incredible range of colors and patterns making them very popular with both beginner hobbyists and rare coral collectors tracking down the uncommon color morphs. In terms of care, both Zoanthids and Palythoa are fairly easy to keep. They tolerate a wide range of lighting intensities and water conditions. Once settled in, zoas multiply quickly. Zoanthids and Palythoa are not as demanding as other corals when it comes to lighting. They can be kept under a wide variety of lighting types, and are tolerant of both low and high light conditions. It is always wise however to acclimate new arrivals in lower light areas because it is far more likely to be damaged from overexposure than starve from underexposure. Moderate to high water movement is recommended. Zoas and Palys benefit from enough flow to keep detritus from settling on them. While both Zoanthids and Palythoa polyps derive much of their energy from the products of their zooxanthellae, they do have the ability to capture prey. Palythoa seem to feed much more readily than their Zoanthids counterparts.

They have a nice variety of Saltwater Corals, ! made two purchases already in a month and they packed them well considering we had a heat wave.

I order two frags of this coral,a palythoa with either two or three heads. The specimens arrived on time sent by airmail!!. They were well packaged and seemed healthy.but small In addition,there was a big surprise for me-- a beautiful Golden Space Master with two heads. I really appreciate that! After conditioning I added them to my one reef tank. They have only been in that aquarium for about four hours ,and have already opened up-but they are small--but they will grow maybe--beautiful green color. Golden Space hasn't quite opened yet, Addenda: Golden Spac never fully opened and died. The other zoas are hanging on ,but seem moribund All my other corals are doing well,so I don;t know why they are merely hanging on Shall check my water chemistry again.Don't seem to be having any luck with the corals from this supplier. Probably best to not buy from them again.

Delivered on time, well packaged. I think I received 6 heads instead of 5, which was great. I can’t get the coloration in picture no matter how I tweak my LEDs. They have acclimated well, grown, and look healthy. One colony transferred off the disc to my rock, so I am able to have 2 groups. My only complaint is boring color.

They were open in like 5 minutes while being in coral dip. Shipped well. I never counted the heads but the whole frag is covered in them so I am pretty sure there is more than 10. Very responsive to feeding right off the bat. Typical hardy paly. No problem hitchhikers came out on the dip.
