Installed on a 4th gen 4runner. Works fine, its been 1 year so far. Will update if any issued some up.Note: alignment needed after install to correct steering wheel angle. Thats normal.

Bought for 2004 F-150XL 4x2 with 4.6L. Install was easy; replaced OEM that was blown out. Time will tell on how well it holds up, but outwardly it appears to be similar in weight/material to original.

Installed on my 97 F350, I’d recommend re using the oem hardware and making sure the threads are clean on the shaft that connects to steering box, mine had burs in it I had to clean off. The threads on provided hardware are very weak and will strip out very easy.But the shaft did fix my steering wheel play

Fit perfectly. Solid construction. Easy to install, just two bolts. They are a little hard to get at but not too bad when you figure out an approach. Make sure to mark your upper column with marker and the lower rack part so you can ensure the new replacement goes on it the same orientation otherwise it will mess up your steering. Although the two new bolts appeared to be metric (stamped with 8.8 strength), one seemed to be 5/8 size. Very happy over all steering is nice and tight now.

This job is going to look real simple, but if you include the amount of time spent cussing, hammering, and walking away from it to contemplate your life choices, it takes all weekend.The part itself is fine and fits the description, however your steering wheel is going to be off by about 45 degrees when your done. I don't care as this is a truck I use for dump runs, hauling firewood, and the occasional bad decision on Craigslist. But if this is your daily you're probably going to want to pull the steering wheel off and center it, which requires more f*ing specialty tools and hammering and pure rage.
