Good afternoon I recently use the drum that I purchased from you a few weeks ago and unfortunately on my printer it continue to say replace drum the ink is very faded and it is not printing I have taken out the drum and put it back into the printer more than two times to double check and it still giving the same issues I’ve even tried it on another printer that I have so I am very upset with the item that I’ve received I’ve only attempted to use it twice and it has not worked. I am requesting a refund or either a replacement for the item and for the inconvenience thank you

I purchased the "LxTek Compatible Drum Unit Replacement for Brother DR820 DR-820 (2 Black, Super-High Yield 60,000 Pages)" drum replacement and was eager to test out the product. I opened it and installed according to the directions. I was getting an error message on my printer asking me to shut off my printer and restart. I was able to print one page, which wasn't of good quality, before it would give me the error message again. I called the LxTek support number that was provided and spoke with a tech. We ended up trying the second unit and he walked me through the install. Once it was in, I print about 10 pages which came out perfect. It turns out the first drum may have been faulty or defective, but the representative set me up to deliver a replacement drum which he said I'll receive in 3-4 business days. I can't speak to the longevity, but so far I'm impressed with the print quality and value for my money. The tech support was great!

Great for last minute replacement when low on funds. Good quality printing for the most part. Not sure if it lasts as long as OEM, but worth the price paid.

Good unit worked as expected.2nd unit was DOA - printer kept asking to slide the green tab when attempting to print. After several tries, it was apparent the drum is faulty. Replaced orig drum without incident.At $20 it's not worth the time dealing with the return.If both drums were operational, I expect this would be a good value.

Seems to be a good replacement drum for our Brother printer. It fixed our issue of black marks all over our prints. I didn't have a compatibility issue with the printer not recognizing it. I reset the counter manually incase it didn't recognize it as a new drum and reset the counter on its own. The printer will tell you its time to replace the drum after 30,000 prints whether it is bad or not, so you want to make sure to reset the counter after replacing the drum, no matter what brand you use. Instructions on how to reset the counter come with the drum units. Price is great. 2 units for less than 1/2 the price of the Brother brand. Time will tell how long it lasts. I will update this review if I don't get a good life out of it.

So far, so good. When I priced the drum through Brother, it was around $129 per drum. I got 2 drums for around $50 and I haven't had any problem whatsoever.
