Good idea but next time I'll go with a BBC style for smother flow and less pulsing at low speeds. Also heard BBC style is less stress on camshaft. I am happy with the quality though.

The drive shaft should be locked to the pump , so that installation of the distributor is direct, without the pump shaft being engaged, being a concern, also the play in the shaft can lead to more problems with the distributor sliding into place.
