Now I’m old and my hand shakes so I can’t do it as well. But this set is great! Buy one, and impress people with your writing. I bought it to see if I still had the talent…..not so much I’m afraid. Try it while your young and steady.

By far worst pen I've ever written with. Ink flow is horrible, and I can't tell if it's the nibs or quality of ink, but I'd wager that it's both. Very cheap quality in the construction of the pen and the nibs. If you want to retrace letters over and over because of crappy ink flow, cheap materials and bad construction, this is the pen for you.

I assumed this wouldn't be that good. Glad I got it at Amazon instead of Hobby Lobby where it was five bucks more. The nibs are actually not bad, The Pen is mediocre at best, and there is no way to cap the other nibs if they have ink in them. The ink was leaking all over the container.I prefer my old set of wood handles and replaceable nibs that used normal ink. This doesn't offer the convienience I thought it would.The ink flow is a bit fast but I think it's just crappy ink that came with it, they do write pretty well for the price. My Parker Fountain Pen certainly writes better however.

Overpriced and low quality on the pen, packaging, and inks. I don't know what I expected after watching the youtube videos about calligraphy but the ink is absolutely watery and creates immense bleedthrough on paper. The pen feels like plastic, very cheap. The inside of the tin this comes with is just some cheap cardboard storage for the pen. I wanted to go into Calligraphy as a hobby after improving my script with Pilot G2 pens, but this has stopped me. I'm sticking with Pilot from now on.

I like this set a lot. I don't use it that much, mostly because I do a different form of calligraphy than this one lends itself to, but it is a really good set. I think it would be excellent for a beginner. Ink flow and control is very decent. It's a cartridge-type inking system, rather than a traditional dip-pen, but even so, it works pretty well!

I found this product to be cheap for a typical fountain pen, but I think this was a good thing. The only real complaint is that the pre-filled ink cartridges leak. Upon delivery there were already colored ink stains in the case, and in the pen, the blue ink started running everywhere but I was able to catch it in time. Once a cartridge is INSTALLED, there don't seem to be any problems however.Please note that if the ink dries up you may need to rinse the tip in warm water to continue writing.
