I bought this key 2 years ago and I really liked it but it started messing up because my wife's niece was chewing on the key and messed up the buttons so I thought ordering another one would solve that problem but this time they didn't send all of the pieces I am missing the back piece of the case and the red piece I have the old one and the new one in the picture so you can see the difference very disappointed...

I bought these for my Honda CRV. Of course, you were able to cut the keys, but they are not programmable.

Took this to the locksmith who was able to code this for a 2017 Honda CR-V. They said that because this is a cheaper key the metal used is not brass but a harder metal and they took longer to cut the key. But to me that would make it a better key because it would be tougher to damage the teeth.You might need a battery but the locksmith should be able to get one for you.
