I had to return this item because despite being made well and packaged well, it just isn't designed well. The fixed shower head sits several inches below the top of the unit. So at only 48" high, to position the shower panel so that the front jets properly aim at your torso and upper legs, your head hits the shower. Position the panel higher on the wall so that you have room above your head and the body sprayers shoot you in the face and miss even your lower torso. They should have designed this with an articulating shower rod and jets that sit lower on the panel.

Years ago I use to travel for business and would see these sorts of shower panels in hotel bathrooms, mainly overseas. When it came time to remodel our guest bathroom about 15 years ago I wanted a modern stainless steel shower panel. What I bought then was so much cheaper than what is produce now. BIG problem I had with the old panel was low quality stainless steel which showed water spots and was incredibly hard to keep clean. This new panel with white glass should be so much easier to keep clean. The other BIG problem with the first panel was the water selection valves (5) were cheap pot metal and would corrode and get stuck/stop flowing water. I had to take the old panel apart multiple times to clean the valves and spray nozzles that would get clogged with the pot metal corrosion. This new panel appears to have 100% brass mixing valve AND water/spray selection valve. Have not used it yet other than testing for output, but am hoping for years of trouble free service AND LOVE the new look!

Pretty good so far. Nice heavy rainfall from that big shower head, and jets can be set to a fine mist which feels much more gentle than the normal jet. I tend to stay in the shower a bit longer now.

This is far superior to the previous one I had from a different manufacturer. Looks great, works great.The only thing I would suggest is in the instructions it tells you to measure the rainhead up 75”. If you can possibly lower it that would work better, the top body jet hits right in your face if the unit is too high.

I got this for our most recent home renovation of our guest house and I absolutely love this so much ive been showing in the guest house instead! lolFor starters, its VERY well packaged in the box, the glass was well protected and everything was individually packaged so there were no scratches or anything along those lines.My first thought when I opened the box and unwrapped it was "Wow! They sell this for $359 AND make a profit?" The quality of this shower panel is excellent, ive had it installed for around 1 week ish and absolutely love how good it looks. I had it installed by our handyman and he had it in and water flowing out in around 45 minutes, he just had to adjust our diverter value I believe he said it was and then it was good to go. We have great water pressure so this thing kicks out water like no tomorrow.The body "jets" dont feel too much like jets, or remind me of jets, but they work good to help keep me warm.The rainfall shower head covers a lot of surface area on the body so I dont need to run around the shower to stay warm LOL. The handheld sprayer only has one mode, which is fine, and it works to rinse the shower out and has more than enough pressure for it. Its simple to adjust, turn on and off what you want on or off and overall looks aesthetically pleasing.Overall, the quality is A+, it was a simple 45 minute install, the pressure is great (may be user dependent) and it functions just as I thought.
