Runs true to size and good quality because it is made in America. I stumbled across this thong while looking for something different to add to my underwear drawer. I have always had a fascination with pantyhose, and decided the purchase was worth the cost so I could have the look and feel on my privates. The thong is snug, but allows for room to grow. My wife thinks I look weird in it, but she is a good sport and is very accepting of my choice of underwear when I break out this thong to wear. Hand wash and air dry. I will be getting more colors.
