...why are so many men's shirts so long like a dress?! Ugh! This is a nice quality shirt and nice color (gray) but if you don't happen to have an elongated upper body/chest, this will fit like a dress! Seriously, when it's untucked, it goes all the way down to thigh area just above knee...ridic!

I have worn this shirt hiking and working and, as advertised, it does keep me cool and dries quickly when it gets damp. This is a great material for sweaty outdoor work when you want pockets and a dri-fit t-shirt won't do. The material feels much different on my skin than dri-fit or any other shirt I've owned--I've never owned a "fishing shirt" before, so this may be par for the course, but the feel isn't as comfortable as dri-fit. I can't fault the manufacturer for this though, it's advertised as a fishing shirt and while I haven't been out on the water in it I genuinely believe it would be a great material, drying quickly after taking some spray and not sticking to me. I do like the velcro pockets (for hiking or working), and I like the baby blue color, it is made well and feels like a shirt that will last a while.

I have a similar shirt I bought to wear on the boat last season. I loved it so much I decided to order this one. It has not disappointed. It keeps me very cool--the mesh and vents allow even the slightest breeze to help cool me down. The shirt looks very nice as well.One note: Out of habit, I ordered one size up from what I usually wear, because clothing made in China tends to run at least one size small (and I have ordered some that ran up to THREE sizes small!). However, this shirt is "designed and tested in the United States, made in China" per the label. This means that the manufacturer, Nominate, sends detailed specifications to China for production. The result is that the shirt is made according to industry standard sizing and fits as one would expect for the corresponding size. I wish Nominate would put this in the description, as it is a very important factor in determining what size to order. The result is still acceptable--in fact, it is kind of nice on a hot day on or near the water to have a shirt that is a bit looser, even though this was not my intention!Bottom line is that I recommend you order your usual size.
