Sharp blade that is just right for all the things a cleaver is used for. It has the right weight and fits the hand just right. I RECOMMEND IT!

This cleaver is so well balanced and manufactured. It feels like silk in you palm and no matter what size adult hand that grips it, the cleaver responds equally. It holds the edge so well and when I do take the time to sharpen it I get such consistant results. I use a cleaver at least 3-4 times a week on meat, it is my favorite tool to cut up large pieces of beef especially. I used this for over a month and it has not disappointed in any way. The price point is more than reasonable and I am sure it will be passed down after I am gone. Highly recommend

This cleaver has some weight. I really like how robust this cleaver is. It is also thick, making it a lot more durable when dealing with chopping things. Always use caution though with any type of blade meant for chopping.Used this one some decently sized bones, but careful not to use it on anything too thick or hard, as I am trying not to break the cleaver, but would like to test it. Chicken is no problem, some cuts of meat are no problem as well, like pork ribs.

This is a heavy duty cleaver and feels very well made. It would make a great gift. My only critique is that it doesn't say whether it's dishwasher safe. I assumed it was not, but it would be nice to know for sure. Otherwise, it's impressive.
