Milwaukee Pex Tubing Cutter feels very solid, excellent build quality with a solid comfortable grip. The blade is very sharp and cuts like butter, and is super easy to operate. Hands down, the best Pex cutter that I've used, it gives clean straight cuts with very little effort!

These work very well. Clean cut, super sharp blade, good feel in the hand. Seem very durable. I was using a pair of lenox cutters before this which were 95% plastic and felt cheap. This pair was a few dollars more but far better.

I ordered this after using (and losing) a ratcheting PVC cutter. The ratcheting cutters work, but this gives much quicker cuts and they're very clean. The locking mechanism is also nice to keep fingers away from the blade when not in use.
