This appears to be a well made and sturdy product designed to help you get some stair climbing done in the privacy of your living room or bedroom. The electronic(battery) counter rocks with each step, keeping track of each stepping cycle.My wife was using the fireplace hearth to step up, step down step up step down etc. she did this while i tried to watch tv, and it drove me to distraction. Now I have this little stepper, and she is doing he exercises behind me so i can watch my program without the visual distraction.Wonderful.It’s small enough to stash away under the bed, or in a closet. The dampening pistons have enough resistance to make the “climbing” smooth and natural. There wasn’t any instructions, but maybe because stepping left and right sort of comes naturally?The price is reasonable and it would make a nice gift for someone’s home exercise room.

This took some getting used to but I do like it. It can support me and I feel like I get a nice little sweat when using this. Sturdy and can be stored in a small area which is great since storage is always an issue.
