Needed to extend my motor handle so I can reach it on my kayak. Was just the right length as my motor has the telescopic handle. Did have to remove the rubber sleeve as directed in the instructions. Tightened it down and it seems secure enough.

If size is important, you need to order a length 6" longer than advertised. The trolling motor tiller goes into the extention about 6", making the usable length 6" shorter than the discription length.

I have an older Enduru34 transom mount and the handle is more of an oval shape. All I had to do was remove the rubber insert in the extension and it fit perfect. Very lite comfortable handle.

This extension does the job for me while operating my motor on my canoe. No more reaching or stretching behind me getting a kink in my neck. I would recommend an extension to anyone they are easy to clamp off and on.

This handle is made well and is just long enough to reach from my seat. It makes a huge difference when you are fishing or taking photos alone. It arrived on time and was packaged well.

Got it in the mail right on time, went on ahead and put it on the trolling motor and it fits it perfectly. This is just what I needed I was able to work that old front mounted trolling motor like a pro. I could stand and use it or sit and use it. Id really like to have a foot controlled trolling motor on the front of the boat but it was cheaper to make better use of whats already up there. It also made that old turn control handle a lot smoother to work, really was what I needed.

My square back Coleman Scanoe (same as this model: has a MinnKota Endura 50 motor mounted on the transom, but this extender bar made it much easier to steer and throttle without having to reach so far back. I question the durability of the plastic clamp (aluminum would have been great) but it appears reasonably robust enough that I did not send it back. I was thinking of making my own, which would not be terribly difficult with a radiator hose clamp and some some PVC with slots cut in the clamping end or some other various clamping options, but decided to give this a try and am glad it worked out. If sturdier I would have given it five stars, but I think it will last if not abused.

I use this with my Minn Kota 30lb thrust trolling motor. It is easy to attach and makes it possible to sit further forward in my inflatable boat. It is easy to change speeds or stop the motor out on the water.
