Does it snatch or slim? No. Does it smooth and support? Yes. The straps are easily adjustable and can also crisscross however the hooks slip out easily unless you have the straps securely on your shoulders. The bottom tends to ride up after getting up from sitting or squatting. It is a slick semi thin material that is very comfortable to wear. I am a 34DD and I got a small. My chest was compressed but not to the point of discomfort. Overall a keeper.
