First and only use was good. It is quieter than my old one. Came up to temp and shut down ( good ). The room cooled down and it sounded like it was going to fire back up, nope. It sat there and sprayed kerosene all over the floor. There should be an automatic shutoff to turn the unit off if the flame is not detected, nope. I hate the fact that you need to give a product at least 1 star. An option for 'none' should be made available.

The heater came mostly assembled, had to install wheels and handle. It was quick and easy.Added fuel and turned it on, it heated our basement garage quickly while we built our new home.[ It was the only source of heat during the first few months.

It only holds 7 gallons of fuel filled to the rim, not 8.5 as advertised. Lasts less than 8 hours on a full tank, not 15 hours as advertised. It works well but I would be surprised if it is really putting out 125,000 BTU. It feels about the same and is about the same size as my 80,000 BTU propane heater but I have no good way to measure the heat output to be sure.

Jet engine engaged. I have had it rained on, dropped from edge of trailer a few times, and theives left it alone during a robbery at a jobsite. I think they were even more stupid for leaving it because it still works with how I treat it, easy to put together, and it is hot. I guess dewalt bring more money for meth habits.

The 125,000 btu heater works great. Worked on first try, no adjustments needed and works perfect. Plenty of heat for the size of unit. Uses about one gallon of fuel per hour. The reason i gave four stars for ease of assembly was because the tires had to be aired up.Update (11-27-20): it's still working great. I have had zero problems.

Runs really good. I am running pump diesel and I am on my third tank with no problems. It is kind of on the loud side but you get used to it. Only wish I had gotten a bigger one as I am heating a 30 x 56 uninsulated pole building. I get no smell at all while it is running or when I turn it off.

Looks high quality, packaged well. One neat feature we did not except was the unit iself (the black part) is cool to the touch even while its blowing out MASSIVE heat. We are pleased with this purchase and the temperature thermostat works well and is pretty responsive. It is noisy, but to be expected with the amount of heat/pressure. We have had temperatures in the 0 to 20 degree range and on the lowest setting it keeps our shop around 57 degrees. We could heat it up to 80 if we wanted to pretty quick, but are being conservative with the diesel fuel we are using to keep costs down. We went through 2 heaters before we found this one, we will keep it!!
