Start with gentle traction ( convex side toward your head).. Gently reposition on the device, up or down along your spine to locate the most comfortable position for your neck. Bent your knees, put your hand beside your head. 2. Once comfortable, allow your neck to settle further into the support. Taking slow deep breaths helps to relax. Take notice of how the support is reinforcing your posture. You may observe at this point that you are releasing tension. You may notice your neck, traps and shoulder muscles relax further and your posture become more aligned. Reposition lightly every few minutes to prevent localized fatigue. You may re-assume your position if need. 3. Like any new exercise, start off slowly. Use the gentle support level for 5 minutes then reassess whether or not you can use it for an additional 5 minutes. Progress gradually as you are comfortable. If you feel you can use more neck support, use the strong traction neck support ( concave side under your head). 4. NOTE: At first, you may feel slight discomfort as your muscles and joints adjust to their new positions. If you feel pain, discontinue using device and consult with your healthcare professional.

This provides a lot of relief for ongoing neck pain. It's really comfortable and easy to use. It fits my neck really well and is a great value

Overall it looks and feels cheap, and made of what physically feels like EXTREMELY poor build and material quality. But it works. Seriously. I originally left a 1 star review with a more scathing review of it's build/overall quality but figured it was worth trying even if it looks like it did come from wish.It takes a good couple of minutes for it to heat up and reach a good temp for me but the silly lights actually do heat up and work to aid releasing muscle tension--coupled with the design/shape and wiggling/stretching my neck a bit while using it, I got near instant relief for several hours, and that's with bad TMJ and radiculopathy.It is NOT comfortable or soft and I definitely like that aspect of it. I do wish it had a more firm foam inside though, I like to manipulate it like a deep-tissue massage device while stretching my neck & shoulders and using it, and it will tend to compress or misshape a bit but not too much--I can still push too hard to illicit a pain response before it deforms too much.It really really did work and I feel like an idiot for rushing to leave a 1 star review before even trying it (it looks/feels that bad!)--better quality material (inside and out), stretching out the design and making it a big larger or offer different sizes, and better QC would make it 5 stars easily. But as it is, it's so much cheaper than any 'legit' cervical or other PT type device, and it works, so it was definitely worth it to me.

The number one thing I have to say about this device is about how comfortable it is. YES, it gets therapeutically warm on my neck and c-spine. Yes, there are the little massages. But every time I have used this so far, whether on the bed or the floor, I have fallen right asleep during (always worry my partner present). And I am not a person who does that. So for all my pain, this really helps me to relax!

Very practical device. I love how light it is. It's easy to operate- i mean there's only 1 button to press. The heat and curve of the device is perfect for sore neck relief. Only thing it's missing is a light massage! All in all, I've definitely added this to my recovery day routine!
