Gel pack installation method:
1. Place the glued end of the gel pack on the bottom of the neck stretcher.
2. Stretch the gel pack in the middle of the neck stretcher, then stick the Velcro. (Make sure the gel pack site is on the cervical spine)
NOTE: The gel pack has a soft plush side, the soft plush cover helps your body gradually adapt to the temperature, also avoid condensation water dripping from cooling. We recommend using the plush surface for 10 minutes first. If it's not cold enough or hot enough, use the nylon surface for a cold or hot compress.
Usage:
1. Put this cervical tractor flat on the bed, sofa or flat place you want to use.
2. Adjust the position, find a comfortable place, let your neck lie flat on the pillow, let your neck relax completely. Knees bent, hands next to head, head in the air, stretching neck by natural gravity.
3. If you choose to use it with a gel pack, configure the gel pack according to the method of hot and cold compresses, and then install it on the traction pillow.
Note:
1. Please use it moderately. If the number of times is too high and the strength is too high, it will cause cervical muscle damage.
2. This product Can't be used as an ordinary pillow all night long, but gently stretch and relax for 10 minutes a day, can help to relax your neck and shoulders
3. We recommend NOT USING the Gel pack while sleeping. The Gel pack needs to be monitored when using at all times.

This was painful to use at first. I checked with my chiropractor and he said to try it with caution. It probably works well but I haven’t used it often since we’ve been working on a pinched nerve

I just got x-rays and saw that my neck is starting to curve in the wrong direction due to computer and screen use. I’ve started to have pain in the base of my neck where the disc is starting to get compressed. I purchased this in order to stretch my neck out both in the morning and evening. I’m already feeling some release from the compression. It’s just such a nice easy way to help. Get the curve in my neck back to the way it’s supposed to be and allowing my muscles to relax. I highly recommend this stretching device. The heating pad is a really nice addition. Sometimes I use it and then sometimes I do not. The pad also works for other areas on your body.

Truth be told I may be using this wrong, or I possibly don't have any neck issues, but all I noticed after using this product is a decent stretch.I believe this type of product may be aimed at those with neck issues, which this would work extremely well on to help correct any forward tilt.The construction and pressure point nodes on this do however feel very good especially when paired with the cooling pad.Overall a great choice if you have neck pain and would like to begin the path to correcting that.

I've tried using this neck stretcher several times and it was easy to use and get used to. I don't have alot of neck pain so can't speak to any improvement. I will say after using this I felt like my back was stretched and relaxed.The heat/cool pad is a great addition to this product and can be used with or without the stretcher. Just store in refrigerator for a cooling pad or microwave for a heating pad. I've used both ways and holds it's temperature for a good 15-20 min, enough to get the relaxation.I know it looks uncomfortable but it is really easy to use..
