The instruction booklet is not very helpful, only 4 of the 39 pages are in English, and they don't even mention the ball head levelling adjustment which is a super nice feature that videographers will appreciate. Unlike the instructions the product itself is just awesome. The pan and tilt movements are silky smooth, and locking them down doesn't change your camera alignment making it easy to use. With the first set of legs extended it is at a good working height, with the second set extended it's above my 6' head level. The locking levers have a very positive feel and they function well. It's very stable and has some substantial weight to it. During initial unboxing it seemed to be much more massive than I'd expected. However, once I set it up the first time I was impressed with the overall build quality, and it's something I'm sure I'll be happily using for many years to come. My only complaint is that the adjustment handle has to come off to fit in the storage bag, but honestly this is a minor inconvenience for such a good product, and this really is excellent value for money.

Not knocking Neewer quality but I hoped the legs were a bit more substantial than they are especially for the tall height. The head feels nice almost a Sachtler copycat which I really like. Overrall nice piece of equipment. Meant to return it but forgot.

When it arrived the box was a bit beaten up. One of the leg clips was already broken and the bag had a hole in it. Also, one leg has a small dent but it doesn't appear to affect operation so far.I've emailed Neewer asking for replacements and hopefully, they'll take care of it with no hassle.UPDATE: Neewer responded to my email quickly and sent me replacement parts with no hesitation. I had originally given only 3 stars but I'm changing that to 4 because of the good customer service experience. I am now happy with my purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised by this tripod. I initially expected it to be cheap, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s made entirely of sturdy metal and works perfectly with my Seestar S50. The tripod allows me to adjust the angle easily, making it ideal for placing the Seestar in EQ mode. The sliding plate features both 3/8" and 1/4" threads, and there’s a handy rubber grommet at the end that lets you remove the 1/4" thread when needed.The tripod pans 360 degrees very smoothly. One detail that’s often overlooked is the cone-shaped stem located at the center underneath. Be sure to loosen it to level out the upper half. Pay close attention to the bubble level, and rotate the tripod 360 degrees to ensure it’s fully leveled—otherwise, it could throw off your Seestar's alignment.

C’est avant tout un trépied vidéo stable , costaud,Fluide . J’apprécie particulièrement leSystème de déploiement des pieds rapide , la poignée vidéo rétractable et réversible gaucher droitier . Ça reste un trépied assez lourd malgré le matériau carbone ( mais c’est aussi le but pour bénéficier d’une grande stabilité) . Il est néanmoins de toutes les sorties mais je ne le conseillerais pas pour une randonnée. La fluidité est bien présente et ce trépied est très efficace aussi bien pour la vidéo que pour de la photo ( animalière notamment) . Excellent rapport qualité prix
