The components are nice. There are a lot of wooden pieces (as can be seen in the posting) and they are well made. The "level" board has grooves for the various different colored cubes so bumping it will not disrupt its layout. The circular playing board is heavy and sturdy which is a necessity for a dexterity game of this nature. All of the components are of superior quality and very representative of a much more expensive price point. Not only is the gameplay easy to understand, there are a variety of ways in which the game can be played. Our group decided to play cooperatively and it was fascinating to partake in the discussion regarding the most efficient layout of the Denchuu (the pieces that stand for the electric poles). The resulting structure becomes unstable and complex quickly! I only wish that it could go on longer. There is more of a strategic element to this game compared with other dexterity games and that's a good thing.Although the game plays large, the box has a fairly small footprint which means that it won't hog space in your game collection. It is one of those games that is not a chore to play a few times in a row. As a matter of fact, you will most likely want to play it a few times consecutively. Each round of play gives players a fresh perspective and new strategies to try out. I'm not a big cat fan, but I liked the addition of having to place them periodically on the electric wires. It "shook up" the gameplay a little. The die rolls also added a bit of a twist to what could have been a stale game genre. The fact that there are rolls that enable players to make choices is yet another strategic aspect of this game.As expected, this is a game that can be picked up and enjoyed by almost anyone. It's a great change of pace compared to some of the hardcore games out there and makes a great filler in between brain burners. I only wish that it lasted longer and that's the only reason I gave it four stars. Perhaps as we get better at it, I will change my mind and upgrade the rating!

This is my favorite dexterity game I have played. Mainly because the challenge, and replayability. Most dexterity games get repetitive and boring after a few plays, but they one is so dynamic, and the color cubes you choose and what section you role to put those poles in, changes everytime. It is one that I can pull put with family / friends and know they can pick it up fast and have fun!I also play this solo, and it is nice to have a score tracker to put your cubes on to keep track of your highscore.

I love board games but it's difficult to find ones that my parents are willing to learn and play with me. With this one, they were hooked! Definitely recommend for all ages and for family fun.
