This is my second replacement for my snowblower (I got it from Lowes). These carbs are a little sketchy as they gum up pretty easily. Even gas treatment won't stop it. I don't drain my tank, so I try to start up the motor every week or so; but then I forget and it gets gummed up, and I have to replace the carb again. But they are cheap enough to replace whenever that happens. There was a bit of a learning curve the first time it happened, but now it's pretty easy. Maybe there's a way to clean it up, but it's easier to just put a new one in. Not quite 5 starts because they keep gumming up, but def 4 stars for ease of use.

This carburetor is an exact match to what is on my craftsman sb470 currently, part number, orientation of fittings, ports, linkages, etc. This will make for a quick swap out and we’ll be up and running again ready for the next snow!

Carburator fit the machine perfectly. It came with the gaskets needed, so one less thing I needed to look for. Instead in five minutes. The machine was up and running right after.
