True to New Mexico’s State Cookie, this medium-roast Arabica coffee has notes of sugar, cinnamon, and anise flavors.
Dark Piñon
Roasted longer than our Blonde and Traditional Piñon coffees, this rich, smooth coffee has very low acidity, with bittersweet notes as well as the same signature Piñon taste you know and love. This coffee is as bold as those who drink it!

Great coffee! I had to order this as I was homebound for a short period of time and was unable to leave my home and buy it locally, as I normally do. Price is about the same as what I pay locally. Coffee was fresh and had a wonderful taste and aroma. Any of the flavors are good, but this one is a classic. Highly recommend!

Gonna get a little in-depth here, bear with me.I've been a barista for nearly 6 years now. I love trying new coffees and regularly spend more than I should on it (mostly single-origins — have to shout out Dillanos real quick). Honestly, I can't be bothered to go all out on prep when I'm at home, so I just stick to a standard drip machine. I don't mind drinking it black, but I usually add a little half & half. No sugar. Okay. That said...I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, because it's *almost* excellent. Right out of the bag, the smell was amazing. I used three level tablespoons for 10 ounces of water. No issues with the strength being too much or too little, though of course I recommend adjusting it to your personal taste.Initial impression was that it definitely tastes like a flavored coffee. Not, like, the natural tasting notes you'd usually identify in a roast — it definitely tastes like something was added to achieve the flavor. HOWEVER, in this case, it's not necessarily a bad thing. It tastes pretty good overall.It has a bit of a sweetness to it. It's not overwhelming, but it was a little sweeter than I would personally prefer. The flavor is as described — sort of nutty. It's a weirdly familiar flavor that I still haven't been able to put my finger on.My wife, who is slightly less discerning about her coffee, really enjoyed it.Overall, I think it was worth the purchase even just to give it a try. It's definitely unique. I can't see this becoming my daily coffee, but I'll probably keep it in rotation. It's a pretty good value for the quantity, which is a nice bonus.

New Mexico Pinon Coffee! I purchased this for my wife she is the coffee drinker in the house and is particular about her coffee. She drinks at least 1 pot full of coffee everyday. with her 1st pot of the New Mexico Pinon Coffee she was amazed at the Aroma and Taste. Her friends that come over she quickly offers them a cup of coffee her New & Great Tasting coffee. This is something I'll be subscribing to, to make sure she doesn't run out! You know the saying "Happy Wife Happy Life"!

This product has a smooth, sweet, caramel flavor that I look forward to every morning. The value is great for the amount I get (2lbs). The quality surpassed my expectations, upon the first sip. The aroma from the cup I pour smells just as great as when I first opened the fresh bag, with a sweet chocolatey caramel scent. Would 100% buy again, especially if I want to make coffee in bulk. Tastes great for both pour over and drip coffee.

I enjoyed this flavored, medium-roast coffee, but it didn't knock my socks off. I'm also not wild about drinking artificial flavorings.
