There are two of these lights used in your refrigerator. One is located in the back panel cooler side, the other one is located in the freezer side. The led light located on the ceiling is main led board W10515058, you need to make sure the main board works well before replacing any of the other two ligths, the secondary light are being fed power thru main led light. If main led does not work, the secondary led will not work.

I verified the model number and direct fit, Installed and worked ok for 1.5 months then failed. Poor quality, cheap mfg and engineered to fail.

I started out replacing the main fridge light first which helped a bit but still didn't completely solve the problem. Got 2 of these for the freezer and other fridge light and they work perfectly! Nice and bright. One came with a loose circuit board but that was easily popped back in. Highly recommend, especially for the price.
