Packaged was delivered on-time. Upon opening package had battery, CD instructions, hex screw drivers, and plastic prying tool for case. Battery was too large. Emailed support and they responded next day stating a new battery was being sent that day. Received battery and fit perfect and reassembled my Garmin RV780. Very easy installation. Be patient take your time and read directions along with watching video. Worked perfect! This product is much cheaper than mailing to Garmin.
