The package I received was missing the brackets, without which you cannot attach the head unit to the dash kit. The plastic was thin and light weight. It felt fragile.I discarded the dash kit in favor of another product, but used the wire harness which was decent quality. But the wire harness was missing a critical wire, the blue/white "REM" or "Remote Turn-On" wire for the amplifier. When I first connect the head unit, without this wire, the unit powered up but there was no sound. Once I figured out the problem, I was able to remove an unused wire from the connector, and place it in the proper position to use as the REM wire. This required some searching on youtube but can be done with a bobby pin once you know what to do.
