I purchased the "upgraded" metal version and it was garbage.I don't recommend.So after another search for quality replacement thermo housing I purchased this brand, I got it fast (of course),And since installed approx. 90days ago now, I have NOT had any error codes,burnt antifreeze smell,small fluid spots on my driveway,a/c restricted from high temp bs,and to boot my kid can focus on school for the moment..Satisfied customer

I had to return it since it wasn't compatible with the car I needed it for even though the fitment info said it was.

Install's like OEM. Great fit, works good. Great reviews for this item so I took the chance at a 1/5th of the price as the chain stores near me wanted.

I liked the speed of delivery and how the part went in easily. I had to replace the original thermostat housing because the original one cracked and sprayed antifreeze everywhere.

I was a little disappointed product arrived a day late. Overall it seems like a great product. I read several reviews of installation issues. I would say it was installer error. I swapped this out in less then 20 minutes it was a direct fit. Cured my overheating issue, and it saved me $50 over O’Reillys and Autozone.
