Exactly as described, it works as intended. I use it to hold an 18-inch ring lamp and attach it to my desktop, and it’s been working well so far. The grip is good, and the build quality is also good. However, don’t overexert the bolt, as it’s designed for lightweight items. Also, avoid using it for tall objects, as the grip will become less secure. Overall, I think it’s suitable for my needs and is relatively easy to install. I would prefer a lower price, but that’s just my opinion.

The previous clamp that I was using to hold my iPad on a swivel arm broke. It needs to be fairly strong to hold the weight. This attached to my table and holds everything tight.

Purchased this to replace an 8 yr old clamp for my heavy swing arm, combo drafting lamp, after the original clamp broke. It appears to be good solid quality , but this clamp is to light for my particular lamp. It started to bend as soon as I tried to tighten it to my desk. It would probably work best with a light weight lamp. Will return for a refund and will continue to look for a solution.

Je m'attendais à un produit en plastique et peu quali, mais pas du tout.Il est bien en métal et s'adapte vraiment bien à mon vieux modèle de lampe ikea, originellement coincé sur une plaque en fonte. Ça fait un gain de place énorme et c'est très facilement réglable. Faites juste bien attention au diamètre de la tige de votre lampe pour qu'il corresponde au trou de l'appareil !

I wasn't sure what to expect, so I bought this one and another brand on amazon, but the opening was too small on the other one. This one fit perfectly! Clamped onto my art table in seconds. I am so happy I found this and didn't need to buy a completely new art table lamp!

Pedí una hace un par de meses para un proyecto casero. Como estaba muy satisfecho con ella, pedí una segunda. Esta vez, no sé si por error o qué, el vendedor me envía una con las medidas equivocadas (no tiene 5 cm de apertura en la abrazadera como con la anterior) con lo cual apenas la he podido adaptar. De no ser por eso y porque me hacia falta, la hubiera devuelto. Ojo con estás cosas, porque el vendedor te pone una cosa y luego te envía otra diferente. Esta además se ve más endeble que la otra. No creo que vuelva a pedir otra, al menos no del mismo vendedor
