I didn't realize this corn variety would require a long growing season in my area. I am used to super sweet varieties (P & C is a Sugar Enhanced variety) that are early. This corn took a good 90 days to produce the first edible ear. Unfortunately I won't be growing this in the future due to this reason, as our growing season is incredibly short and I'd be taking a huge risk. I have picked 4 ears that were ripe out of 30 plants and cool weather with highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s are here. That being said, the germination rate was 100% for me. Every seed sprouted (I planted 60 and thinned to 30). For those who are saying there's insecticide on the seeds, I have not reached out to the producer, but usually this is *not* insecticide. It is typically an antibacterial product to keep the seeds from rotting in the ground before sprouting. This antibacterial coating does not stay in the corn plant. It is very safe. I'd be more afraid of taking a prescription drug or an OTC drug than the antibacterial coating! Anyway, except for the variety needing a long season, I have no complaints. The ears are absolutely spectacular. Every one I've harvested have been *at least* 10 inches long! Beautiful filled out kernels all the way to the top and a great corn taste with just the right amount of sweetness for SE variety. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this producer in the future!

I keep getting emails asking me to review these seeds. I just planted them a couple weeks ago and won’t really know until sometime in July, so all I can say at the moment is they were pretty seeds and the corn is coming up nicely.

The corn we started in the greenhouse before putting in the ground did not do well. The seed we put straight in the ground did great! We harvested 2-3 cobs per stalk! Tasted great!

Bought late in the year. Planted a couple and they grew and had tassels. We'll know more next year as far as taste and yield.

I planted three different types of corn this year. A lot of the corn did not come up so I assumed it was this brand. I had another bag left over so I replanted what had not came up and every single one that I planted came up. I won’t know until this fall if it’s any good to eat but the germination was good.
