Agree with another reviewer from December, something has changed. I've been wearing these for well over a year, I usually have two pairs that I rotate for a couple of months until they get really discolored/lose adhesion, and then I replace. I bought two new sets in January. These are flimsier, stickier, and erode with washing much quicker than previously. I still have my old pairs and the difference is visible.3 stars because they still work, but they are now a much shorter term/less cost effective solution, and for some, they may be too squishy to offer relief.UPDATE: I tried the zentoes (and have previously tried Dr. Jill's) - these pads are the thinest of the group, and the most pliable. If you have an even remotely flexible arch and a higher volume foot, the thicker ones are harder to tolerate. These remain the best option for me, but given the changes in quality, that's not saying much.

Just bought my second set! This product is great to support bunion area issues. I had a cheilectomy of my big toe in Dec'23 and this product supports the pad underneath the big toe well. Washes and cleans easily, and becomes sticky again when dry. If you need support on your foot of your big toe, this is the right option!

If put on properly this pad provides relief to the Sesamoid Joint which I had hurt and nothing seemed to help. Stayed off it for a month and didn't even dent the pain. Specialty clinics couldn't help. Tried Taping with KT Tape did help a little. But these pads have been a major help for a small cost. They stick well and are easy to clean. I have used for work all day then Slo Pitch right after work and they didn't move at all.

Sigo tomando vitamina B12.

I tried a number of products and this is what ultimately solved my sesamoiditis I had gotten in both feet. My podiatrist basically said it’s not going to go away unless you get custom insoles and over corrective shoes. So what did I do instead? I bought 10$ dancer pads and a pair of non supportive Altra shoes, my feet haven’t been this healthy in at least 6 months. I work in grocery and on my feet all day long on hard concrete so the sesamoid pain was affecting me every day to where I was limping and almost ready to give up hope. Being an avid hiker this was really tough for me. These pads provided instant relief to where I could get through my shift without limping! But the struggle wasn’t over yet. I obviously could still feel the pain. You have to be dedicated to these. I wore them 80% of the time(mostly at work) for about 3 months and I’m now not needing to wear these and have little to no pain. I HIGHLY recommend trying these out, for only 10$ it’s worth a shot. I’m still going to keep a pair in my backpack just in case as these helped me a ton. I’m now a huge barefoot style shoe advocate. Insoles and supportive shoes are not always the answer, actually quite rarely. Also I recommend trying to strengthen the calf muscles, they impact your feet a lot, if they are weak it puts a lot more strain on the tendons and muscles in your feet which includes the tendon that runs through your sesamoids. Only issue with the product is the adhesive wears out after about 3 weeks, if you wear socks it will usually keep them in place though. Clean them off each night with water. I used 3 pair in 3 months. I’m so thankful I found these!

I got them for my partner because her sesamoids were always sore from running. She says her feet feel so much better! I asked her what she'd rate them out of 5: 5

I was diagnosed with sesamoiditis. Weeks of PT, doctors...nothing helped the pain. One doctor told me I had to either live with it, get a customized orthotic, or have surgery (which he was really pushing). When I asked to meet with the person who designs the orthotics, she told me not to bother with one, that I should search on Amazon for sesamoid pain relief and try the pads that are advertised. She was so right! I ordered felt pads, this PediFix gel pad, and Dr. Jill's. Additionally, whenever possible, I ordered both the thinner (1/8") and thicker (1/4") pads, so now I have a bag full of different foot pads. I have to tell you that they all work! I can walk, wear different shoes, and have almost no pain. Miraculous! I had to experiment with the different pads to see which worked better in my sneakers vs. sandals etc. I think I have it down to a science now. I will say that sometimes, particularly with thicker pads, I am aware that a pad is on my foot, but truthfully, I don't care because I don't have pain. Placement of the pads on the foot is really important. If I put them too low or more towards the middle of my foot, they don't work as well. A quick adjustment and the pain is gone. I do like these PediFix gel pads. I agree with the reviewers who have indicated that your foot has to be dry and clean. The heat from your foot helps the gel pad adhere more closely to the foot. It does feel a little funny when you peel the gel pad off, almost like it's going to tear, but it doesn't. I make sure to keep the pads clean and to cover them with the plastic cover when not in use. I haven't had to order any new pads in months....the ones I have all last a long time. So, if you have this sesamoid pain, I would highly recommend that you try these pads!

I tried these and the Jill's purple pads. Jill's thicker one was too thick to walk on, the thinner one was okay, but I prefer the Pedifix ones as they are softer and more gel-like. Very helpful for my sesamoiditis. Continue to stick well with washing every 1-2 days. Work best inside a sock or hose with a closed-toed shoes. I wear them with flip-flops too but the edges get black and thickened with dirt. I trim them back after a while but the cut ends are sticky. My first pair lasted about a month before I decided they looked too gross to keep; they still stuck well. My second pair was defective - seemed to be stick on both sides and ruined a pair of hose; had to toss one of them after the first wear. Wish they were a little cheaper but will continue to buy them to keep my feet happy!Update: Upgraded Jill's pads to 4 stars too for lasting longer and not getting gross, and the cushioning feels okay for sesamoiditis now that I no longer have Morton's neuroma pain, but tends to bother my arch after a long day on my feet.
